Queer Genius is an experimental documentary that explores the creative worlds and resistance-filled lives of five boundary-pushing, innovative queer artists. Featured in the film are Eileen Myles, Barbara Hammer, Jibz Cameron (Dynasty Handbag), Camae Ayewa (Moor Mother), and Rasheedah Phillips. The documentary delves into how each artist weaves their queer identity into their art and forges original paths in response to a patriarchal and white-centered art world.
