Queer My Friends focuses on the daily lives, struggles, and hopes of queer youth living in South Korea. While examining their relationships with family, friends, and society, the film sheds light on their journeys of self-discovery and the pursuit of acceptance. It also tells the stories of how LGBTQ+ individuals confront prejudice and discrimination within the framework of South Korea’s traditional social structure.
