Through the personal narratives of five queer Nigerians living in the UK, this documentary sheds light on a queer history that has been erased or silenced in Nigeria. Drawing inspiration from traditional Yoruba culture, it explores both personal and cultural dimensions of queer existence through voiceover and performances that emphasize the fluidity of gender and identity. Addressing themes such as exile, belonging, and chosen families, the documentary offers an intimate and moving portrayal of how queer Nigerians connect with both their past and their present selves.
