Kings (2001) is a 22min documentary that follows the first Montreal Drag King group, The Mambo Drag Kings, during their first four year run from 1996-2000. Interviews with the savvy and insightful members, comedic dramatizations, and numerous performances throughout the city, demonstrate a historic moment in Montreal’s queer community.
